在线技术支持经理的指导下，负责为指定产品线的客户及沃芬现场人员提供技术支持。通过电话或其他工具排查仪器故障，解答关于仪器性能、功能、质控问题及其他产品相关技术疑问。
岗位职责
岗位职责：
- 通过电话、邮件、在线聊天工具等渠道，为沃芬系统终端用户提供试剂操作与项目校准、仪器运行及故障排除的即时支持。
- 如需现场介入，协调相关区域现场服务工程师、应用工程师或软件服务工程师处理服务请求，并跟进问题直至解决。
- 持续监控并维护VIP客户的仪器状态。
- 跟进试剂及仪器质量投诉，直至问题闭环。
- 为应用团队及现场服务团队提供技术支持。
- 必要时赴现场支持应用问题排查、操作/应用培训及故障排除指导。
岗位要求
任职要求：
- 医学检验、临床医学相关专业本科及以上学历
- 具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识，能够耐心、细致地为客户提供技术支持
- 具备较强的学习能力，能够快速掌握公司产品及相关技术
- 责任心强，具备团队合作精神；具备良好的问题分析和解决能力。
