Provide pre-sales support for Hemostasis automation solutions, coordinate installation projects, and conduct post-sales customer check-ups for HemoCELL systems to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal system performance.
岗位职责
Key Accountabilities
- Pre-Sales Support: Assist in pre-sales activities for Hemostasis automation, including product demonstrations, technical consultations, and customer inquiries.
- Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate the installation of Hemostasis automation systems, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
- Customer Support: Conduct regular check-ups and follow-ups with HemoCELL customers to ensure system functionality, address concerns, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and R&D, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
岗位要求
Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required:
- Education: Master’s degree in Biology, Engineering, Laboratory Medicine, Clinical Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) company is preferred.
