岗位职责

职责描述:

1.通过系统接收和处理订单,并按照SOP管理订单。

2.协助合同及授权制作、销售文件查找整理、代理商系统填写追踪等工作

3.日常与客户联系,进行代理商客户关系管理。并完善客户信息,及时提供客户所需资料。

4.协调、沟通跨部门项目,收集、反馈业务数据和相关问题。

5.有效与公司各相关部门沟通,完成部门经理交与的各项工作。

岗位要求

任职要求:

1.全日制本科及以上学历

2.有三年以上行政、客服相关工作经验;有外商、医疗器械从业经验者优先。

3.有一定的销售行政/商务运营知识;对客户沟通管理有兴趣;能协调处理复杂的跨部门项目,有极强的分析和提炼归纳能力。

4.熟练使用Office办公软件,熟练掌握MS Excel,会操作SAP系统者优先。

5.具备较强的学习能力以及抗压能力、优秀的沟通能力,良好的团队合作精神,优秀的时间管理能力。

6.英文读写熟练,英语口语沟通顺畅。
